Sport4HealthNetwork project co-funded by the EU Erasmus+ programme unites professionals from 6 countries in an effort to encourage participation in sport and physical activity among working population in order to lower health risk factors for lifestyle diseases. Health-enhancing physical activity at workplace increases productivity and positively impacts wellbeing outcomes. The programme of exercises, specifically designed for people who spend most of their working hours behind the desk, tackles the usual problems such as lack of time, resources or space to be active.

In order to promote the project activities, the employees of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education University of Novi Sad, led by the Project Manager Dr. Sergej Ostojić, used a break at work to exercise as shown in a new guideline for exercising at the workplace.
