Mila Vukadinović Jurišić was born on July 8th 1988 in Sombor. She finished elementary school as well as high school in Sombor. During this period, she actively played handball, for the Women’s Handball Club “Ravangrad” from Sombor. She entered Faculty of Sports and Physical Education, University of Novi Sad in 2007, and graduated in 2011. She continued playing handball in ŽRK “Vojvodina” from Novi Sad, when she moved to Novi Sad. In 2013 she defended her Master thesis entitled – “Therelations between Balance – extraversion and introversion of students from FSFE”. Since 2012 she hasbeen working at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education, University of Novi Sad, as a teaching assistant on the module Motor development. She is currently a student of PhD study at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Novi Sad. So far, she has explored the effects of resistance training with various supplements on the student’s anthropological status. However, her current field of research is various interval training sessions (high-intensity interval training, small-sided games), as well as their effects on the basic and specific motor abilities of young female athletes. So far, she has authored and co-authored several papers in national journals. She has also participated in several international scientific conferences.
